While our custom-printed items are generally non-returnable, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives in a condition that is less than perfect, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We offer a full refund or a complimentary replacement for items that fall under the following categories:

    • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the garment construction or fabric quality.

    • Printing Errors: Significant deviations from the intended design or placement.

    • Damaged Goods: Items damaged during the transit process.

    • Incorrect Items: Receiving a size, color, or design different from what was ordered.

The 30-Day Policy

To ensure a swift resolution, all refund or replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Beyond this window, we are unfortunately unable to process financial transactions or replacements.

A Note on Sizing: Because our items are made-to-order, we encourage all customers to consult our size charts before purchasing, as we cannot offer refunds for sizing preferences once an item has been printed.
